Create an account by using Sign In / Register button from the top menu, Register at the bottom of the homepage, and Purchase in the packages section of the homepage or pricing page.
Once your account is confirmed via email verification link, use indicated email and password to sign in your account dashboard, and go to Listings / Add Listing.
Once added, your listing stays live for an indefinite time. Change occurs when upgrading, or downgrading to a different package, which adds, or reduces certain package options.
Premium package offers 14 days free trial, payment being processed the following day, and every month, or every year, thereafter. To express appreciation for your patronage, pro-rated, or prior to the term-end cancellation reimbursements are being offered, and applied.
To make sure that payment information is kept safe, Stripe and PayPal, as third party online payment processing providers, are being used on servectory.com, where the payment information is stored.
To change existing package, please Sign In to your provider account, go to Packages and select new package.
To cancel Premium package, please Sign In to your provider account, go to Packages and choose Basic package. That will automatically cancel Premium package and activate Basic package.
If the time to pause or stop activity arrived, and there is no more need to have your listing live, you can delete your existing listing in your provider account, by going to Listings / Manage Listings / Edit Options / Delete.
Featured listings are displayed on the homepage in the featured listings section, are displayed on featured listings page, show up firs in category based searches, on a first in first out basis.
servectory.com is live, is search engine optimized to rank high in search results, is advertised, and actively promotes professional services on Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Entered query is emailed to all service providers who match introduced information, and is being resent every second day thereafter, until the sender will mark the request fulfilled using the email link sent to them.
NDA, or Non Disclosure Agreement, is available upon request to add a layer of protection for the service users interacting with the service providers, requiring them to keep confidential personal and sensitive information pertaining to them, or their projects.
Contact form is an email template that contains frequently required information fields. It is intended to facilitate the interaction between the parties, and speed up the transaction process, by providing necessary information, and storing it for future reference.
7 Steps Transaction Process comprises: inquiry, NDA, quote, agreement, invoice, completion, feedback. To be able to efficiently follow through the whole process, and keep accurate records, each component is ascribed the same identification number, and stored in one place.
